Korean Peninsula Infrastructure Special Committee Research
Circumstances affecting the interests of South Korea as a nation are constantly evolving, prompting calls for the two Koreas to work together in various capacities to achieve shared development. The Korean Peninsula Infrastructure Special Committee conducts research aimed at developing the technology and governance structure for a construction partnership between North Korea and South Korea that promotes mutual development and enables the South Korean construction industry to operate in North Korea and form further partnerships throughout Northeast Asia.

The KICT and its partners provide governance, technology, and business support that promotes construction partnerships between North Korea and South Korea. The goal is the mutual development of the two Koreas and the creation of opportunities for the South Korean construction industry in regions north of home.
