New construction technology can receive certification; however, ordering organizations avoid applying new technology if there is no objective price standard that can estimate a budget to apply new technology.
KICT helps provide a standard to estimate construction costs based on objective estimates on the value of construction technology, such as providing quantity per unit for new construction technology, in order to transfer new construction technology developed by a SME based on a standard production unit system.
