Office and support space for resident companies and support for residents
Construction of the Smart Construction Promotion Center 2nd Center started (June 27, 2021~April 26, 2022)
Purpose
- The new resident company spaces, networking areas both within and outside the resident companies, and welfare facilities are included in the Smart Construction Promotion Center 2nd Center.
- The construction of the center followed the Smart Construction Project (design and construction in a single bidding process) using a box unit modular format.
- The total floor area is 1,817.56 square meters, the building area is 783.7 square meters, with a maximum height of 11.3 meters, and it consists of 3 above-ground floors (completed in April 2022).
The Smart Construction Promotion Center 2nd Center is the first construction project in Korea to apply smart construction technologies such as BIM (Building Information Modeling) and modular construction methods throughout the design and construction phases. This approach was adopted to prepare for future expansion demands and to enhance maintenance convenience.
